Returns for Listed Items or Items with Pre-Specified Specs:
The majority of the items sold by Bait Al Aseel Furniture are made as orders are placed.
For your convenience as one of our valued customers and to safeguard our manufacturing partners from abuse, we have developed the returns policy listed below in accordance with this model. (For more details on our business practices.
Items must be new and unopened, and they must also be in the same condition that you received them. Additionally, (if applicable) it needs to be in its original packing.
A Placed Order Cancelled (If Delivery Was Made Earlier):
You have 24 hours from the time you place an order on our website to cancel it. After that time, your order enters production, thus any cancellations made after that point will only be accepted under the following conditions.
(Post-Delivery) Policies and Return Scenarios:
The listed policies are valid for 20 days. Unfortunately, if 20 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange; nevertheless, the warranty will still be valid. If the goods are not returned on delivery, return delivery fees will be charged.
Product Is Not What Is Listed:
Please submit your request to our Returns Center to begin a return if the item you received does not match what is specified on the product page of the listing. Please note that if an inspection reveals that the returned item matches the listed product, your request for a refund will be denied and you will instead receive instructions for an exchange.
If an item you received was severely damaged or malfunctioned, we will approve a refund. If you received damaged goods, you can ask for an exchange to be delivered to you as soon as possible from the date you made your request on our Returns Center.
When we receive the product, we will inspect it to determine the source of any damage. Depending on the seriousness of the damage, we will either approve or reject a refund or offer a complete exchange of the items (exchange is only available in cases where delivery problems or minor damages are involved).
If your order doesn’t have a delivery date set, we’ll de facto deliver any order in 15 working days (20 days total), unless customer service is notified otherwise. We deliver in accordance with the date indicated on your cart page when placing an order. You can file and handle a cancellation for the order easily on our Returns Center if the delivery was significantly delayed (30 Days+). We will also provide a full refund and a credit against future orders as compensation for the delay.
Shift in Opinion:
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of making your order, you will receive a full refund; however, if you decide to cancel after 24 hours have passed, you will only receive a store credit refund.
Incorrect Dimensions or the product did not fit:
Please take note that all of our products have clear sizing specifications on the listing, and we strongly advise taking measurements at your home or place of business before ordering from Bait Al Aseel Furniture. If the listed dimensions are not appropriate for your space, kindly request sizing customization from our customer care before placing your order. In this case, only Store Credit qualifies for a Return/Refund.
Refunds for customized orders and specifications:
Custom orders are manufactured particularly for you in accordance with your specifications; as a result, they cannot be published again on the website or restocked.
Make sure you are certain of your requirements before placing a customized order with Bait Al Aseel Furniture. Refunds are not available for any custom furniture orders because these items are made to the customer’s specific requirements and cannot be returned.
Defective Custom Orders:
We do, however, provide a completely hassle-free exchange if your custom order is damaged. We will organize with you a convenient time for return & process a newly produced item as quickly as possible plus a compensation of 500 AED on your future order, Kindly make your request via our Returns Center here.
Some products cannot be returned. No returns are accepted for perishable items like bedding or carpets and rugs. Products that are intimate are also not accepted.
Additional things that cannot be returned:
Please provide a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.
Missing or delayed refunds (if any):
Check your bank account one more first if you haven’t gotten a return yet.
Then get in touch with the bank that issued your credit card; depending on how long each bank takes to process refunds, it can take some time before they are really posted.

Gifts If the product was marked as a gift when it was bought and shipped to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you after the returned item has been received.
If the item wasn’t designated as a gift when it was purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves so they could give it to you later, we will send the gift-giver a refund and let him know about your return.
